To provide functional support and administration of the Siebel One View application suite of products.OneView application suite includes CRM Sales and CRM HelpDesk based on Siebel CRM technology, e-support centre for HelpDesk, airlines and Travel agents and KANA technology

Relevant job experience:

At least 03 years work experience
Siebel functional administration Knowledge (Sales and/or Call-Center 7. is a must
Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
Data Management and Administration (, MS Access , SQL and Oracle transactions)
KANA functional administration
Customer Support and administration experience
Knowledge Management

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

University degree (computer sciences and business school)
Proficiency in English is essential - other languages would be a plus
