Major responsibilities:
The Information Systems Services Delivery Supervisor is primarily responsible for coordinating the delivery of user IT support services, including, but not limited to, incident management, change management and level 2 support for the information systems environment at Amadeus Asia.
Relevant job experience:
3-5 years supervisory experience in planning, implementing, managing IT support services delivery, introducing service levels and monitoring KPIs with a full and rounded knowledge of IT. A previous experience working in a multinational environment is a must.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare and present technical materials, including standards, guidelines and procedures, and dealing effectively with all levels of management and staff
Skills in examining and re-engineering processes and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new IT support strategies and procedures
Ability to utilize project management skills: gather requirements, size, design, implement and handover solution
Ability to analyze information problems, compile information, prepare flow charts, tables, business cases, status reports and apply technical information solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment
Ability to train, coach and empower end-user on information technology systems and solutions
Leadership skills in building a skilled team of experts and proven skills to supervise staff, and performance development
